Ben Sarason is a Senior Director on the Miami Tenant Representation office brokerage team of Executive Vice Chairman Tony Jones. Ben provides business development support and help manage client relationships for the team. As a major part of South Florida’s team, Ben’s expertise includes workplace strategy, build-to-suit planning, demographic analysis, logistic/distribution services, market analysis, cost of occupancy analysis, and negotiations. In addition, Ben works with tenants around the world, meeting their requirements that span a single office or a global portfolio as well as a renewal or relocation.
