About

Blake is an Executive Director and senior leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Net Lease Group, where he leads the firm’s national net lease investment sales platform focused on single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties, with additional experience across office and industrial assets nationwide. An industry veteran, Blake has completed transactions in more than 45 states, with aggregate transaction volume exceeding $4 billion.

In his role, Blake oversees the execution of complex net-leased investment sales while also leading the group’s national advisory efforts, partnering closely with build-to-suit developers, institutional owners, and private investors from project inception through disposition. He is deeply involved in shaping national strategy, underwriting standards, and pricing guidance for the platform, and regularly structures and executes sophisticated 1031 exchange transactions designed to maximize value, certainty, and tax efficiency.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys golfing, fishing, bird hunting, and spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their three young children.
