About
As a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield, Brad Meir represents landlords and tenants throughout the office, industrial, and flex markets across Long Island, Manhattan, and the Raleigh–Durham region of North Carolina. He manages the full transaction lifecycle, including business development, property tours, proposal and LOI negotiations, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution.
Brad combines a relationship-driven approach with a strong analytical foundation, utilizing rent rolls, operating statements, market comparables, and underwriting analyses to help clients make informed real estate decisions. His expertise spans lease negotiations, occupancy cost analysis, market positioning, and strategic site selection.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brad built a diverse background in real estate technology, sales, and property operations. Most recently, he worked for Yardi Systems, where he sold RentCafe REACH digital marketing solutions to multifamily owners and management companies throughout New York. During his tenure, he generated more than $200,000 in first-year revenue and consistently ranked among the company's top sales performers.
Brad began his commercial real estate career with Blue Ridge Realty in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he supported senior brokers in office, medical, and retail leasing assignments while assisting with the management of Class A assets totaling more than 150,000 square feet.
His experience on both the technology and brokerage sides of the industry provides clients with a unique perspective on the operational, financial, and market factors that influence real estate decisions. Leveraging his Carolinas roots and New York metropolitan market expertise, Brad also advises companies evaluating expansion, relocation, and investment opportunities between the two regions.
Outside of the office, Brad enjoys golf, tennis, and pickleball and is always looking for the next opportunity to compete.
