Brett Spitzer is a Vice Chair within Cushman & Wakefield’s Occupier Advisory Services, based in Denver. In this role, he supports occupier clients across North America and collaborates globally on complex, multi‑market real estate strategy and execution. His practice includes portfolio strategy, site selection, transaction execution, international expansion, incentive procurement, asset monetization, leasing, and build‑to‑suit advisory.

Brett is widely recognized for advising major industrial occupiers on sophisticated, multi‑market challenges. His leadership strengthens Cushman & Wakefield’s expanding industrial advisory platform and enhances the firm’s ability to deliver advisory‑led insights for national and global clients. His analytical expertise and global experience have been instrumental in helping clients navigate portfolio planning, negotiations and market entry decisions.

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Brett brings extensive expertise in multi‑market relationship management, development strategy, incentive procurement, and portfolio/transaction management. He has completed more than $3 billion in aggregate transaction value and is known for managing complex, multidisciplinary engagements for both U.S. and international occupiers.
