Brian is currently the Transaction Analyst on the JPMorgan Chase account, assisting the Transaction Managers in all day to day activity and leading the OREO Reporting for JPMC.
Brian previously worked as a Portfolio Lease Coordinator for the Edward Jones Account, joining the Portfolio Lease Analyst team in November 2019.
As a member of the Portfolio Lease Analyst team for Edward Jones, Brian’s day-to-day includes reviewing yearly reconciliations to make sure all payments and charges are correct, entering monthly payments that need to go out in a timely manner, clearing past due balances so that accounts are at zero (0), providing certificates of insurance that are required by the lease, and reviewing documents related to the lease such as estoppels and lease amendments.
Before joining Edward Jones and Cushman & Wakefield, Brian lived and worked in Dallas, Texas for a small private company by the name of Mercador Energy, LLC. With Mercador Energy, LLC, Brian oversaw mineral acquisitions in which the company purchased $10mm+ in assets. Brian’s responsibilities included, but were not limited to, interface with cliental and corporations on a deal to deal basis, forecasting income from current assets and potential new assets, negotiate lease terms, and follow trends and pull data from different software within the oil and gas industry.
Prior to the move to Mercador Energy, LLC, Brian worked as a Data Analyst for Source Water Watch/FracTest which is a software startup backed by Private Equity. With Source Water Watch/FracTest, Brian oversaw all Data and worked on a handful of Accounts to generate business. Brian handled all development of Environmental Quality Reports for different clients, gathered data from state and federal government databases, kept all data organized and correct within the software, and worked with clients to maintain accounts and resolve and data or technical issues.
