As a senior member of the Columbus office at Cushman & Wakefield, Brian advises institutional and regional clients on portfolio strategy, transaction execution, and long-term real estate planning. Brian provides strategic guidance throughout the office leasing and sales lifecycle, including market analysis, site selection, negotiations, and transaction execution. His comprehensive understanding of the Columbus market, combined with extensive transactional experience, enables him to deliver effective, results-driven solutions for large corporate occupiers as well as growing organizations. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brian focused on investment brokerage and developed expertise in construction, project management, and property management. He also founded and operated two multifamily real estate companies, overseeing acquisition, rehabilitation, and ongoing operations; experience that informs his disciplined, owner-focused approach to client representation.
