As President, Project & Development Services (PDS), Americas, Brian Ungles oversees the service in U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central and South America markets. PDS in the Americas comprises 1,400 professionals managing over 13,100 projects valued at $22 billion.

Brian is responsible for driving the strategic vision and growth of PDS. This means going above and beyond to find solutions to the most difficult construction challenges facing our clients and communities. Our clients require skilled project and development teams that can transform any idea or strategy into a tangible reality in the built world.

PDS focuses on protecting client investments by mitigating risk, driving cost savings, and delivering on time. Services include Project Management, Program Management, Project Controls, Project & Development Consulting, and Development Management. PDS serves both occupiers and investors across the full spectrum of asset types, including but not limited to Office, Life Sciences, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, Critical Environments, and Multifamily.

Brian has spent 25+ years working in various levels of commercial real estate leadership at Cushman & Wakefield for both occupiers and investors across multiple service lines, which affords him the expertise to truly serve clients where they are.

Prior to leading PDS, Brian served as St. Louis Managing Principal, leading the brokers and property management professionals in overseeing 25 million square feet serving our institutional clients. The first 15 years of his career were focused on serving occupiers as part of our Global Occupier Services (GOS) group. During his tenure within GOS, he held numerous positions, starting as a Transaction Manager, and working his way up to Executive Account Director. Brian was part of winning and managing many significant accounts within GOS and often was the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring delivery of services exceeded expectations.
