About
As Managing Director on our Corporate Capital Markets team, Campbell Black guides clients through strategies that enhance capital efficiency and support long-term real estate objectives. With over 18 years of capital markets experience, including over a decade focused on single-tenant and credit-backed transactions, he has executed more than $2.2 billion in commercial real estate deals across the United States.
He is primarily responsible for originating and advising on corporate and sponsor-backed sale-leaseback opportunities across all commercial property types. His approach integrates deep financial expertise with Cushman & Wakefield’s broader service platform, ensuring clients receive solutions that strengthen balance sheets, improve portfolio performance, and advance enterprise goals.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Campbell served as a Managing Director within JLL’s national Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease Group in Los Angeles. He previously held senior roles at Stan Johnson Company (now Northmarq Commercial) in the Corporate Finance and Sale Leaseback Advisory Group. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate with HFF’s Single Tenant/CTL platform in Dallas and began his professional path as an equity options trader for proprietary funds in Chicago and New York.
Outside of work, Campbell enjoys spending his time with his wife, Elizabeth, and keeping up with their three children and their various sports and activities.
