Cristen, a Florida native born in Tallahassee, relocated to South Florida nearly a decade ago to further her career in real estate property appraisal and to immerse herself in the dynamic South Florida market. She began her professional career as a researcher and trainee appraiser, building a strong analytical foundation and developing a comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies and market dynamics. Cristen later served as a Senior Deputy Appraiser in the Commercial Division of the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office, where she reviewed and analyzed commercial properties across the county. In this role, she was responsible for contributing to the valuation of millions of dollars in new construction. Currently, Cristen is a Valuation & Advisory professional with Cushman & Wakefield, where she assists in the appraisal of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout South Florida. Her experience spans multiple asset classes, and she brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to each assignment, grounded in both public sector expertise and private industry best practices. Committed to continued professional growth and excellence in the field, Cristen is actively pursuing her Certified General Appraiser licensure.
