David Hiebert is a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield and is the Director of Brokerage of C&W’s Palo Alto Office and Burlingame Office.

David Hiebert has specialized in providing commercial real estate services across Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula since 1994. He brings extensive experience in ground-up construction, development, planning, and lease workouts. Over the course of his career, David has completed more than $4 billion in transaction volume.

David has consistently been one of the top performers for Cushman & Wakefield since joining in 2007. He believes in building long-term relationships with his clients, and he values the trust his clients place in him to provide them with the best possible guidance.

David played competitive golf in college and resides in Los Altos Hills with his wife Angel and two children, Andrew and Nicole.
