David Hiebert is a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield and is the Director of Brokerage of C&W’s Palo Alto Office and Burlingame Office.

David Hiebert has specialized in providing Commercial Real Estate Services to institutional investors and corporate tenants in the Silicon Valley and the Peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area since 1994. David has extensive experience with ground up construction, development, planning, and lease workouts. He has completed over $4 billion in transaction volume.

David has consistently been one of the top performers for Cushman & Wakefield since joining in 2007. He believes in building long-term relationships with his clients, and he values the trust his clients place in him to provide them with the best possible guidance.

David played competitive golf in college and resides in Los Altos Hills with his wife Angel and two children, Andrew and Nicole.
