About

Emma Olsen is a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield’s West Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Olsen gained extensive real estate valuation experience throughout Southern California as an Appraiser Trainee with Vestal Real Estate Valuation and Moses Jordan Jr. Appraisal. In these roles, she conducted property inspections, analyzed financial and market data, and assisted in the preparation of numerous USPAP-compliant commercial appraisal reports across a diverse range of property types and asset classes.

Ms. Olsen's experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation in commercial real estate, including coursework in valuation, finance, investment analysis, and development. She also brings valuable operational experience from her time at Marina City Club, where she coordinated unit renovations, managed contractor relationships, and oversaw tenant transitions, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of real estate assets from both ownership and valuation perspectives.
