Jared Gross began his career with Cushman & Wakefield’s Land Advisory Group in 2023. He is a highly knowledgeable professional with a strong educational background in Real Estate and Development. He graduated from the prestigious University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Development, which has equipped him with the skills and expertise necessary to excel in the dynamic and ever-evolving field of real estate. 

Jared’s academic journey at UC San Diego provided him with a solid foundation in real estate principles, finance, and urban planning. He excelled in coursework that covered topics such as property valuation, real estate law, sustainable development, and market analysis. During his time at the university, he consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and a passion for understanding the intricacies of the real estate industry. 

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jared has successfully assisted in the acquisition and disposition of various complex land transactions nationwide.
