About

As Managing Director, Jeff Tracy plays a key role within Cushman & Wakefield’s national Corporate Capital Markets team, advising clients across the country on strategies that unlock value and support long-term business goals. He specializes in the disposition, acquisition, and capitalization of net lease office, industrial, and retail properties, with a focus on helping corporations, sponsors, and owner-users monetize owned real estate through sale-leaseback transactions and optimize leased portfolios through restructuring and strategic site selection.

Jeff brings a solutions-driven, advisory approach that blends his legal background, corporate experience, and deep capital markets knowledge. He leverages Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform to integrate multiple service lines and deliver comprehensive strategies that enhance financial performance and operational flexibility for his clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff served as a Managing Director at JLL and as a Senior Vice President with NorthMarq/Stan Johnson Company. Prior to SJC, he practiced law at Eldridge Cooper Steichen & Leach, PLLC, supporting litigation and transactional clients, and later served as a Director in the Phillips 66 Company’s Real Estate Services organization (NYSE: PSX).

Jeff is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a licensed real estate broker in Oklahoma. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Stacey, and their three children.
