About

Jeff Hoffmann is a Managing Director in the Valuation and Advisory Hospitality and Leisure group. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2014. Prior to his start with Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff spent four years working as a Senior Associate with Grant Thornton, LLP where he provided guidance and compliance services to clients in a wide range of industries.

His experience spans the full range of lodging property types — economy and midscale limited-service hotels, upper-midscale and upscale select-service hotels, and upper-upscale and luxury full-service hotels and resorts. He has valued oceanfront resorts, conference center hotels, boutique and lifestyle hotels, bed-and-breakfast properties, dual-branded hotels, and apartment-style extended-stay properties, as well as hotels with significant ancillary revenue sources — including food and beverage, leased retail, spa, music and event venues, and golf courses.

Jeff leads the group's hotel portfolio assignments and has completed a wide range of hotel market and feasibility studies as well as appraisals of proposed developments, leasehold hotels, office-to-hotel conversions, and major repositioning projects.
