She brings together financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada to work more closely with brokers and clients, helping teams deliver stronger, more coordinated solutions that support business growth.

With over 20 years of experience, Jessica has extensive expertise across many industries including Software as a Service (SAAS), airlines, gaming, manufacturing, government sectors, and commercial real estate, increasing her versatility through skillset application. Jessica is extremely passionate about executing the best client experiences through iterative value creation while maximizing profit and streamlining operations. In her own words:

As a global leader within Client Operations, I was tapped by our c-team to collaborate with Bain to assemble and lead a high-performance, business transformation team. I was honored to partner with some of CW’s top executive talent to disrupt the Commercial Real Estate industry. We successfully reconfigured agile/scrum practices and applied them through ideation to operational execution and essentially built a ‘value-generator’. Through this strategic initiative, in less than a year we were able to accomplish:
