About
Jim has over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate and provides brokerage and advisory services to high-net-worth families, non-profit organizations, schools, public and private REITs, multifamily developers and institutional clients. The recent focus for acquisition and disposition has been on assets in the $10 to $250 million range for multifamily, office and flex/industrial parks locally and nationwide.
Prior to moving to Cushman Wakefield, Jim spent the last four and half years at Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest, and prior to that Jim spent his formative brokerage years working at AGM Commercial Real Estate. During his career, he has transacted more than $3.5billion in transactions across sales and leasing.
In 2021, 2022 and 2023 Jim was awarded the Circle of Excellence Investment Award at the annual Lee National Summit, recognizing Jim as one of the top Investment Sales brokers at Lee nationwide.
In 2022 and 2023 Jim was awarded the Washington state NAIOP Investment broker of the year, and runner up in 2024. He has been one of the most active investment sales brokers in the Seattle market over the past six years.
After playing basketball at Bates College decades ago and his knees retiring him from a middle- aged men’s basketball career, Jim spends time with his wife, two teenage boys and their three dogs while trying to improve his 26-handicap golf score.
