Mr. Dondiego is a senior member of the Connecticut Valuation & Advisory group. Mr. Dondiego joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1983 and opened the Stamford, CT office that he managed for five years. He subsequently was promoted to manage the New York and Northeastern Regions that he managed for seven years. Subsequently, he was involved in the formation of the Tax Consulting Services Group and has been involved in the appraisal and tax consulting of portfolio assignments and high profile special-use properties. Mr. Dondiego’s prior experience included employment as Project Director for the appraisal group of Citibank, N.A., New York, New York, during which time he was responsible for the appraisal of all types of real estate throughout the United States, South America and the Middle East. 

Mr. Dondiego’s cumulative appraisal and tax consulting experience spans 40 years. His responsibilities have included the procurement and coordination of major multi-property assignments, directing the implementation, training and use of financial models and the data bank used throughout Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory.
