Managing Director Josh Feldman brings more than twenty years of real estate transaction advisory experience to the brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career he has exclusively focused on tenant representation with an expertise in office and industrial brokerage. Josh provides corporate clients with real estate solutions including acquisition and disposition services, sale and lease contract negotiations, transaction and portfolio management and strategic consulting.

Along with his team, Josh manages several multi-market real estate portfolios for clients such as Crowe, Howmet, Huron Consulting, Kemper Insurance, RRD, Terracon, Travelers Insurance and ZimVie.  The team exclusively represents over 15 global portfolios totaling over 1,300 locations and 25M SF. Over the course of his career, Josh has completed transactions in almost every U.S. market, as well as in many international markets. His broad scope of experience ranges from working with local professional services clients to managing multi-market real estate portfolios for clients around the world. His ability to procure new business opportunities, manage client portfolios and provide market context on a national and international scale has proven to be a valuable asset to his firm and the clients he represents.
