Leonard specializes in urban development site brokerage and office brokerage. He is high energy and diligent in handling transactions on behalf of his clients. Leonard has significant experience representing sellers of urban development properties and land sites.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Leonard was a Commercial Broker at Kessinger/Hunter and prior to that, he was a Business Development Executive at Cerner Corporation. Outside of commercial real estate, Leonard enjoys pickleball, running, reading history books, skiing, hiking, tennis, and golf.
