Lexie Epperson is a member of the Retail Team at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, specializing in landlord representation. She focuses on leasing strategy, tenant relationships, and delivering value through property positioning and marketing. Prior to brokerage, Lexie was a Business Development Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator at Boerke, gaining hands-on experience in contracts, negotiation, marketing, and client engagement. She began her career at Boerke though the internship program, working in the research department, and gained experience as an Event Coordinator at 1881 Event Production and a Vertical Sales Intern at FIS.

A Marquette University graduate with a BBA in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing, Lexie is an active member of the community, serving on the board of WCREW, participating in the CARW 2026 Next Gen Class, and volunteering with Literacy Services of Milwaukee, Beyond the Blues, and the Urban Ecology Center. Outside of CRE, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and cheering on her siblings’ sports.
