As a Specialist in Transaction Management, Marissa focuses on fostering and maintaining client relationships and supervising portfolio operations for the Tampa Corporate Services team. Managing national portfolios for a breadth of clients, Marissa partners with the Transaction and Account Managers to ensure the highest level of client reporting, project scheduling, process implementation, savings tracking, and presentation creation. In her role, she actively oversees projects from kick-off to savings calculation and fee booking, utilizing multiple global software platforms. Marissa also assists the onboarding of new clients to establish appropriate Standard Operating Procedures to best meet the client’s and team’s needs. She received the 2016 Tampa Team Player award for her contributions to the success of the office.

Marissa’s role in the company has expanded to support her team’s leadership, maintaining responsibility for the implementation of Corporate Services’ business objectives and fostering further business development. She likewise has served as a board member on Florida’s Cushman Cares Council since 2019. In her 15+ years in real estate, Marissa has served as Executive Marketing Assistant to a top brokerage team in Northern California with Cassidy Turley (now Cushman) as well as Operations Manager for Long & Foster Real Estate, one of the largest privately owned residential real estate firms in the country.
