About

Matt Weinreb is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield based in New York City on the Retail Services team specializing in landlord and tenant representation.  Matt has completed hundreds of transactions valued over $400M in some of the most well recognized, highest trafficked, and most productive retail locations around the world.  When Matt joined C&W, he was specifically focused on leading Meta’s initial US store expansion.  Matt works closely with Andy Kahn and Fre Halvorson-Taylor.  

Prior to joining the Cushman & Wakefield team, Matt was part of the National Retail Expansion Leasing Team at Simon Property Group, helping growing brands to lease and occupy retail space within Simon’s national portfolio of over 250 properties. Before Simon, he was on the Territory Expansion team at GoPuff for the New York Metropolitan area. Additionally, Matt worked at both CBRE and JLL for their respective Retail Advisory & Transaction teams in NYC (CBRE) and DC/MD (JLL), focusing on both tenant and landlord representation.
