About

Mr. Travis is an Appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory service line and a member of the Infrastructure Practice Group, which provides eminent domain consultations and right of way valuations among other services. He assisted in the appraisal of numerous high profile right-of-way projects over the past 5 years within the states of Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina. Projects have involved: sewer, utility easements, proximity damage, bridge projects, road widening, intersection projects and multiple highway easements. Mr. Travis has knowledge on various assignments for eminent domain in both improved and vacant land as well as litigation preparation for Special Commissioners Hearings and trials.  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Travis was an Appraiser Trainee at Aloft Appraisal and Angel Valuation Services.
