Nate is an Associate on the Diligence Advisory team. Throughout his time at Cushman & Wakefield, he has been primarily responsible for underwriting over several billion in various types of conventional and affordable housing mortgages including: Acquisitions, Refinances, Unfunded Forwards, Tax Exempt Loans, Preservation Rehabs, Small Balance Loans, and Collateral Monitoring Reports. Mr. Washington routinely executes rigorous quality assurance protocols and participates in pipeline/project management calls to ensure deliverables are always on time and uniform in nature.

Mr. Washington started at Cushman & Wakefield in September of 2020 as an intern on the Diligence Advisory team. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he held asset management, intern positions at multifamily and hospitality investment firms in Atlanta, GA.
