Nicolette is currently a Property Manager with a portfolio consisting of 3M square feet of industrial in Reno, NV, 60k square feet of retail in Sparks, NV, and 97k square feet of office in Carson City, NV.

Primarily responsible for financial reporting related to annual budgets, annual reconciliations, monthly variance reports, aged delinquency reports, and other financial reports as required by the client while meeting property management and accounting reporting requirements and deadlines. 

She is also responsible for lease abstracts, security deposit processing, tenant billings, tenant monthly statements, tenant move ins and move outs, and tenant issues/requests.

Additionally, she is responsible for regular property inspections, performance oversight of service contractors, and oversight of certain aspects of tenant improvement work as directed by the clients. 

Prior to her time in Nevada, Nicolette assisted in the management of 365k square feet of Class A office buildings in Campbell, CA: The Pruneyard Office Towers. In 2019 this property changed ownerships and she assisted with the estoppel process and required due diligence, as well as the complex reconciliation for the year of the sale.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nicolette worked for Hudson Pacific Properties, an owner operator, on a Class A office portfolio in Palo Alto, CA which was approximately 1.2M square feet.
