Nicolette Dixon manages a 6 million square foot portfolio of industrial and office properties across Reno and Carson City. Her responsibilities include financial reporting—budgets, reconciliations, variance reports, and delinquency tracking—alongside operational tasks such as lease abstracts, tenant communications, inspections, vendor oversight, and tenant improvement coordination. She also handles property onboarding and offboarding, with experience in transitions from both buyer and seller perspectives. 

She is highly skilled in both cash and accrual-based financial reporting and is proficient in software like Yardi, MRI, Kardin, and Nexus. Nicolette excels in day-to-day operations and maintains strong relationships with tenants, vendors, clients, and team members.
