Peter is a Los Angeles native and former talent agent with a career specializing in representation across music, film, television, and comedy. A graduate of Loyola High School and the University of San Diego, he has built a reputation at the intersection of entertainment and business, guiding artists to expand their reach across multiple platforms.

At United Talent Agency (UTA), Peter helped launch the Music Crossover Department in 2016, representing a diverse roster and securing high-profile film and television opportunities for clients including Post Malone, Chance the Rapper, Dominic Fike,  Action Bronson, Alex Aiono, and Princess Nokia.. In 2023, he joined 33 & West (33W) as Head of Talent and Music Crossover, where he created cross-platform initiatives and positioned talent for long-term success.

Today, Peter is leveraging his expertise in deal negotiation, client strategy, and relationship building to advise businesses and executives on aligning real estate strategies with their broader business plans and company culture. By combining a background in high-stakes negotiations with a relationship-driven approach, he helps leaders think strategically about their future and make real estate decisions that support growth and vision
