About
Preston Puleo, MAI, is an Executive Director and New England Regional Leader for the Hospitality and Leisure practice group for Cushman and Wakefield Valuation and Advisory services, and also serves as the firm’s National Advisory Lead for the sector.
His prior experience includes roles at Access Point Financial, a $3+ billion hospitality-focused real estate credit firm, where he developed strong relationships with owners and operators while gaining balanced borrower and lender perspectives; HVS’ Consulting and Valuation team, where he valued more than $18 billion and advised on $9 billion in assets across the country; and hotelAVE, a leading hotel asset manager.
Mr. Puleo serves on the Board of the Cornell Hotel Society New England Chapter; is a member of YHIP – the Young Hospitality Investment Professionals and Cornell Rowing Association; is a regular guest lecturer; and has authored numerous articles relating to hotel real estate.
