About
As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Services team, Rachel Change leads the firm’s Hospitality & Gaming Valuation Group for the state of Florida and the Caribbean.
Ms. Chang’s experience includes, but is not limited to, advisory, valuation and disposition services for hospitality-related developments throughout the United States. She has also appraised office and industrial buildings, retail stores, and land tracts. Ms. Chang creates reports for a broad scope of uses including feasibility analysis, merger and acquisition, property acquisition, foreclosure and financing.
Ms. Chang has degrees in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, where she currently advises students as a guest lecturer and serves on the school's Hospitality Real Estate Task Force.
