With an emphasis on providing sophisticated financial analyses to develop clients’ optimum real estate strategies, Mr. Nocom’s expertise spans the following areas of expertise: comparative lease analyses; lease vs. buy comparisons; asset valuations; feasibility studies; occupancy cost reduction strategies; lease renewal options; lease auditing and strategic development; proposal development; and direct advisory services.

In Mr. Nocom’s previous position at CB Richard Ellis, Inc., he won numerous awards, including the Client Services Award in 2001 and Team Player Awards for several years. During Mr. Nocom’s tenure at the firm, he worked as a Senior Real Estate Analyst with the Appraisal Division for three years, specializing in the valuation of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Tri-State Region and New England states.

Mr. Nocom is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in Manila, Philippines.
