Since 2015, Ryan Haggerty has completed hundreds of real estate transactions on behalf of office and industrial occupiers across North America and globally. With a proven track record in managing complex lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions, Ryan advises corporate clients on how to optimize their real estate portfolios, reduce occupancy costs, and align real estate strategies with broader business goals.

He brings deep expertise in site selection, financial modeling, and deal execution, regularly partnering with developers, local brokerage teams, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan spent a decade at Colliers, specializing in occupier representation throughout New Jersey and leading multi-market assignments across the U.S. and internationally.
