Ben Brenner is an Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield where he co-leads the Cold Storage practice and runs the internationally recognized Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) group. 

Ben has spent over two decades at Cushman & Wakefield and is currently among the youngest professionals globally to hold the prestigious Executive Vice Chair position. 

Ben advises many of the world's largest corporations on complex commercial real estate strategy, serving as global advisor to Fujitsu, Darden and Panasonic, among others. His expertise spans all major asset classes, including industrial/warehouse (specialty in cold storage and industrial outdoor storage), data centers, office, lab, and retail.

He has served as lead advisor on more than 1,240 real estate transactions across North America, EMEA, and Asia, totaling over 25 million square feet and $3.4 billion in total value.
