Stephen Fife joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Industrial broker in February of 2019 at the age of 32 after a 10-year career in professional baseball. He focused primarily on industrial transactions in Idaho and Arizona through 2022. He was promoted 3 times in his first 4 years to Senior Director while earning the C&W Rookie of the Year honors for the Western Region in 2023. Stephen is also a Co-head of C&W’s Food and Beverage Group.

In 2023, Stephen partnered with Greg Millerd to found their team, the Cold and Food Facility Advisors. The CAFF-A team focuses on the niche industrial vertical of cold storage and food production, manufacturing, and distribution. He and the team pursue all aspects of real estate that supports the global food supply chain – agency representation, tenant requirements, user demand, cold operators, development, build to suit, sales, sale leasebacks, capital market sales, and innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Given Stephen’s prior career as a starting pitcher, he lives process, is well versed in high-stakes, high pressure environments and communicates efficiently, effectively, and respectfully. His extensive experience competing on teams provides a foundation for collaboration, strategic action plans, precise execution, and success for his clients.
