Thomas J. Kehoe, Jr. is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advises corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and public-sector organizations on strategic real estate initiatives across the aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, energy, and mission-critical infrastructure sectors.

Drawing on experience spanning commercial real estate, finance, military service, and strategic advisory, Tom helps clients align their real estate decisions with broader business objectives, including site selection, headquarters strategy, manufacturing facilities, economic development, and capital investment.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom founded Frontier Global Advisors and previously held positions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He is a U.S. Army combat veteran with multiple overseas deployments, bringing a unique perspective to clients operating in complex, highly regulated, and mission-critical industries. Tom holds degrees from Fordham University and St. John’s University School of Law.
