Tim is currently responsible for leading our Workplace Employee Engagement technology platform, developing apps and service delivery enhancement programs for Global Occupier Services. This encompasses implementing tools and strategies for enhancing user experiences in the workplace in support of employee engagement, retention, and productivity across client accounts. Prior to this role, Tim was an Account Director responsible for managing several client accounts including the World Trade Center and New York University Langone Medical Center. Tim joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, as part of the Sustainability Strategies team where he supported clients with their environmental efficiency and corporate social responsibility initiatives and goals. Tim holds a master’s degree in real estate from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Providence College. Mr. Peters is a Certified Property Manager™, WELL AP and LEED Green Associate.
