Tully Coyle is a trusted commercial real estate advisor with Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Services Group, specializing in helping occupiers make informed, strategic decisions about their real estate portfolios. He represents companies across the Carolinas, guiding clients through lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and subleases. His expertise includes negotiating favorable lease terms, securing landlord concessions, and optimizing space utilization to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Prior to tenant representation, Tully was a Project Manager with Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services Team, where he oversaw the planning and execution of complex office buildouts and corporate real estate projects. His project management background gives him a unique perspective on the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction, from strategy to occupancy. In 2023 he received Cushman & Wakefield’s rising star award for the Southeast. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children.
