Will currently serves as an Associate Transaction Manager for the JPMorgan Chase account. He joined the team in January 2022 and current responsibilities on the Global Real Estate team include renewing Chase’s third-party tenants, lease terminations, new leases, and handling lease expirations. Over 8 months on the account, he has completed 17 lease renewals and 3 early lease termination, resulting in over $2.8 million in savings or direct lease/sublease income.

Responsibilities on the H&R Block team included execution of lease renewals and acquisitions for H&R Block retail locations across the country. In his year with H&R Block, he completed 116 renewals, 18 acquisitions and saved $190,000 in free rent negotiated. He also served on the team that handles all commissions for the client, and was selected by his peers to lead a continuing education discussion and present on behalf of the team at the annual kickoff event with the client. 

Will joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as an analyst in the St. Louis brokerage office. He provided a comprehensive view of the local market and helped to secure new business as well as maintain current business. He made the move to the client side in 2021, joining the Portfolio Services Center and the H&R Block team. He is thoroughly experienced in market research, lease negotiation, lease analysis, and client relations.
