Experience per SF

Experience per SF™ is Cushman & Wakefield’s proprietary tool that gives you insight into the engagement and experience of your workforce.

At Cushman & Wakefield, we're continually developing our Total Workplace services to create tools that help our clients succeed.

Experience per SF™ (XSF) is just one example. It’s a proprietary tool that statistically uncovers real estate and workplace metrics relating to your employees’ engagement and experience.

With the onset of the pandemic, Cushman & Wakefield pivoted to help our clients by redeveloping our product—as XSF@home—to measure the experience and performance of their workforce as they shifted to work from home. As many companies are finding their working environments altered for good, XSF is again keeping pace. By scoring your employees’ workplace experience and benchmarking performance, you’ll gain valuable insights you can act on to improve the employee experience.

XSF 2.0 is a proprietary, data-driven tool to give employers the answers they need now.

Improve employee engagement

Increase the bottom line
Driving the optimal employee engagement platform also includes identifying over-performing areas and redistributing those funds to areas that will drive financial results.

XSF has captured more than 2.5 million data points from workers all over the globe in the pre-COVID-19 era and a further 3 million data points from more than 60,000 respondents in the current work from home environment. With this data, Cushman & Wakefield has developed a report that provides insight into the future workplace.
