AMSTERDAM, 1 September 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Gareth Tsang as Partner, Retail Leasing Netherlands, effective 1 September 2026. In this role, Tsang will work alongside the retail team to further shape the growth and development of Cushman & Wakefield's retail leasing operations. His appointment strengthens the firm's position in the Dutch retail market and expands its service offering to a broad range of clients across the retail sector.
Tsang brings extensive experience across the Dutch and international retail real estate market, having advised property owners, investors, and retailers on leasing, expansion strategies, and positioning throughout his career. He has also built a strong national and international network within the retail sector. His expertise in leasing, high streets, shopping centres, and tenant representation aligns with Cushman & Wakefield's ambition to support clients in an ever-evolving retail market, and will make a significant contribution to the continued growth of the Retail & Leisure practice.
