We offer you advice regarding property valuation (Wet WOZ) and the associated property taxes (OZB).

The purpose of the advice is to achieve the best possible valuation of the property in ownership and/or use which we assess on valuation-technical and tax-legal grounds with a quick scan. If we believe the property valuation for this specific Dutch legislation law is not realistic, we can support you in challenging the valuation. This may result in lower municipal charges and possibly even broadens your depreciation potential for corporation tax.

From disputing the property valuation with the respective municipality to preparing a reasoned objection and the decision of the municipality, we support you from start to finish.

We work on a 'no cure, no pay' basis.
