About
Jamie Henderson, a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) team, works in partnership with corporate occupiers, to manage real estate projects across the globe and drive portfolio optimisation in line with business strategy.
Jamie has provided tailored solutions to many corporate occupiers of varying sizes for the past ten years and focuses on delivering an integrated service provision, seeking to develop and execute right-sized and data-driven real estate strategies to his clients.
Jamie currently leads the transaction management team in EMEA for one of Cushman & Wakefield’s key global clients on a seconded basis. He has implemented and managed the roll-out of a new real estate model to deliver cost savings, improved efficiencies and global alignment within the client.
