John Forrester is Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive Officer, overseeing management of the global business.

John previously served as President of Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for direct operational and managerial oversight of all the firm’s business lines and geographies. Previously, he served as Chief Executive, EMEA, at the firm. He was also Group Chief Executive of DTZ Holdings plc., joining that Cushman & Wakefield predecessor firm in 1988.

John is an advisory board member of British American Business and a member of Business Roundtable. He is past president of the British Council for Offices and a Trustee of the Museum of the Home. John holds a B.S. in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, and he completed additional executive education from the Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
