Kate Vine is a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Total Workplace team with over 20 years of experience as a Workplace Strategist and Interior Designer. She recently joined the company from a large international Architecture & Design firm in London.

Kate’s strengths lie in her exemplar communication skills working with clients to develop solutions for innovative ways of working to support their business needs. She is a leader in her industry and is continually driving the future of workplace strategy and design. Leveraging data, research and analytics, she applies a data driven approach to strategy as well as integrating thought leadership and a strategic approach.

She has worked with a range of global businesses and influential law firms both in New York and London. Her role is positioned between the Total Workplace team delivering workplace strategy projects and supporting the Occupier Representation team in advising tenants and occupiers on the future of work.
