Lisa is an experienced Corporate Real Estate Professional who provides comprehensive advice on complex portfolios to blue chip companies taking account of client business drivers/desired outcomes on a case by case basis. She has a strong awareness of the risk, governance and compliance requirements in large corporates and provides holistic advice and as well as signposting where other involvement is needed from the client’s internal organization to drive the best outcome.

She has a successful track record of Strategic Portfolio Planning/Portfolio rightsizing, as well as delivering transactions for large US Industrial Corporates. Experience includes business acquisitions/divestitures and the integration or separation required to achieve this, land sales of former manufacturing sites with complex land use histories, build to suit projects, land acquisition, leasing and lease restructuring. She has a solid understanding of US GAAP/Lease Accounting.

Having worked client-side for 20 years in various roles, Lisa brings insight which draws on her experience both as a client and as a service provider. Her previous experience client side has been with NatWest, Ford and GE and, as a service provider advising 3M and Boeing.
