Andy Markham and his business partners, Mike Haenel, Phil Haenel and Will Strong lead a full-service industrial and logistics commercial real estate team, specializing in leasing, sales, acquisitions, speculative and build-to-suit developments, and land sales.  With his local market expertise, he provides customized industrial real estate solutions to corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial real estate users and owners.  His emphasis is in the Southwest, Sky Harbor, Tempe and Southeast Valley submarkets.
