Ashlyn Warren is a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Atlanta office. Ashlyn’s involvement includes supporting the firm’s brokerage activities focused on institutional assets and multifamily investment sales for Atlanta. Ashlyn has participated in over $58B in sales volume since 2011.

Ashlyn received Cushman and Wakefield’s Multifamily Rising Star award in 2022 and is involved in industry organizations, including Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors, National Multifamily Housing Council, and Auburn University’s Alumni Association.

Ashlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and traveling.
