Bryce Horner leads the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, where he specializes in the exclusive advisory of commercial real estate investment assets. Mr. Horner’s team provides their clients with property acquisition and disposition services, net-lease investment representation, 1031 exchange advisory, and equity and debt structured capital finance solutions.

A lifelong member of the Tucson community, Mr. Horner is deeply committed to pushing forward business outcomes that generate value for both his home city and those who have chosen to invest in it. He takes immense pride in providing clients with proactive insights and executable strategies to drive optimal outcomes for their real estate assets.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, Mr. Horner was part of CBRE’s Capital Markets Group in Tucson, where he attended the University of Arizona and graduated from the Eller College of Management with a double major in Finance and Business Economics.
