About

Carisa is a Senior Project Manager for the Project & Development Services team at The Lund Company. Her ownership experience is well established by delivering value-add project results, strategizing with clients from pre-leasing to planning, building a cohesive team of experts to circumvent risk, managing accountability to hold to established budgets, and driving project timelines from inception to completion. Her approach to projects leverage on simplicity, accountability, strategy, and safety. Carisa manages a high volume of projects that range in scope from Elevator Mods, Corridor/Lobby/Restroom remodels, Façade Renovations, ADA/Site work, Landscape & Hardscape Renovations, Creative Social Spaces, and Base-Building Upgrades that include FLS, HVAC Systems, Lighting & Electrical, Roof, etc. She also specializes in Marketing/Spec Suite work and Tenant Improvements for all types of occupiers, including, but not limited to, Medical, Industrial, Engineering, Law Firms, Educational Institutions and Creative Office Space. 

Prior to joining The Lund Company, Carisa spent nearly 15 years capitalizing in ownership and investor project opportunities on the West Coast. During her tenure at GE Capital and Arden Realty, Inc., she managed projects ranging from simple $5M Tenant Improvements to more complex Capital Renovations at $16M+ and everything in between across more than 5 million SF of commercial office in various submarkets (Seattle, Portland, Orange County, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and San Diego). As a Sr. Project Manager, Carisa also spent a couple of years with Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego leading the Investor Services project management team. She supported the brokerage team to help transact deals on both sides of the owner & tenant ledger. As well, worked for a variety of Owner Portfolio’s to navigate through capital asset repositioning, leasehold, and value-add improvements.  Given her level of strategic & technical experience, her current role at The Lund Company offers a vast range of services from Advisory Support & Project Management through to Tenant Representation, FFE, Move Relocation & Decommissioning.
