About

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in early 2025, Charles’ primary focus has been representing landlords on the disposition of development sites, industrial assets, and mixed-use buildings in Brooklyn and Queens. Charles works with Dylan Walsh and Jonathan Squires on the NYC Outer-boroughs team, one of the city’s most active CRE brokerage teams, servicing a range of clients from institutional landlords, family offices, and traditional mom-and-pop owners.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Charles worked for the Durst Organization, SAB Capital, and The City of New York.

Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from UMass Amherst, majoring in Economics. He was a member of the varsity lacrosse team.
