About

Chris is a Senior Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group and the lead for the Diligence Advisory Group (DAG), which supports a diverse set of clients across multiple asset types and geographic regions. 

Based out of Atlanta, Chris serves as the primary point of contact with the firm’s Advisory clients with a focus on strategic solutions. He is a subject matter expert with regards to multifamily housing policies and related matters. His team performs valuation and risk assessment of structured U.S. CRE instruments, CMBS B-piece pre-screening, underwriting, structuring, boarding, M&A and asset management for investors.

As part of the Diligence Advisory Group, he leads the Strategic Advisory practice which concentrates on a broad range of advisory assignments for large national and multinational owner/investor clients. Assignments involve market analytics, demand studies, feasibility assessments, portfolio optimization plans and reuse/redevelopment strategies. Strategic Advisory is collaborative, combining the firm’s strong analytical and research capabilities with local market expertise to give clients a one-stop shop to answer critical real estate needs. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris was head of commercial real estate underwriting at BlackRock where he ran a due diligence platform including risk management as part of BlackRock Solutions.
