Cole Sorenson is an industrial real estate advisor with CRESCO Real Estate specializing in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation. Cole focuses on helping businesses and investors make confident real estate decisions by combining local market knowledge with a disciplined, execution-driven approach to leasing and sale transactions.
Cole’s specialties include industrial and flex leasing, landlord representation, tenant renewals and relocations, site selection, outside storage and yard requirements, and acquisition/disposition advisory for owner-users and investors. He works closely with clients to clarify real estate strategy, evaluate alternatives, reduce risk throughout the process, and negotiate from a position of leverage whether the assignment involves a small functional requirement or a complex multi-variable decision tied to operations, staffing, access, zoning, and long-term growth plans.
Cole began his career in November 2019 as a Junior Associate on the Barna Caplan Team where he developed a foundation rooted in transaction execution, market research, underwriting support, and hands-on deal work in the industrial sector. In October 2023, he transitioned into a solo producer role where he built and managed his own book of business and further refined his advisory approach through direct client representation and competitive deal negotiations. In October 2025, Cole rejoined the Barna Caplan Team as a full producing member bringing proven independent production experience, strong market coverage, and a client-first mindset back to one of the region’s leading industrial brokerage teams.
Cole is known for responsiveness, clear communication, and running a structured transaction process that keeps deals moving forward.
