Originally a native of Nashville, TN, Cole made the move to Ohio to attend the Farmer School of Business at Miami University where he studied Marketing and Sales. Upon graduation, he made the move to Cleveland to take an opportunity with a national 3rd Party Logistics company. While there, he gained vast knowledge not only of the sales industry, but also supply chain. Having a family history of real estate and holding several internships in the industry throughout his college years, he always had his eyes set on the horizon looking for an opportunity to get his feet wet in commercial real estate.

With his prior experience in the logistics industry and real estate, joining the Barna Caplan Industrial team in November of 2019 was a perfect fit. Cole will be an associate for the team which includes conducting market research, assisting with showings, and helping the team make the best deals possible.
