About

Cole Sorenson joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in November of 2019 as a Sales Associate, working under The Barna Caplan Team. After four years of training and learning the industry, he transitioned to independent brokerage in October of 2023. Equipped with a wealth of experience and insights gained over the years, Cole is poised to make a lasting impact on Northeast Ohio's commercial real estate brokerage landscape. 

In his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO, Cole has specialized in industrial tenant representation and landlord representation. He has also been involved in several transactions in and around the Tremont & Ohio City neighborhoods. Cole fully utilizes technology to his advantage with listings and property searches making use of drone aerials, self-performed real estate photography & videography, and online prospecting tools. He puts communication and transparency above all else in the work that he does, and he looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs!
